GTH Expansion: New Office Opens in Wells

GTH Expansion: New Office Opens in Wells

Confirming confidence in the future, leading West Country firm of Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Auctioneers, Greenslade Taylor Hunt has just opened a new office in Wells, bringing their total number of offices to 18.

The Wells office is headed up by partner Simon Havens, who moves from running successful residential offices in Sherborne and Bridgwater and as a sign of his commitment is moving to live in the Wells locality himself:

Wells is a prosperous City and a perfect addition to our network of offices opening up a whole new region in residential terms and I am sure that our excellent reputation for selling both town and country properties will benefit the local community. Agriculturally GTH is already well known in the area with many farmers in the district bringing stock from the surrounding countryside to our Sedgemoor Livestock Centre. We plan to build on this sound base in expanding our property and letting services in Wells. GTH Chairman, Neil Biffen, is confident that opening the new office in the right step: In the current economic climate this is a bold move and a positive one, were definitely investing in the future and we firmly believe it is the right thing to do.

The office, located in a prominent position at 74, High Street, will deal in property lettings and sales. With many years residential experience behind him, Simon Havens brings a wealth of expertise to Wells:

Despite people believing this to be perhaps a difficult market at the moment properties are selling well if correctly priced and so both buyers and sellers are in a good position. Wells has a beautiful hinterland, is well positioned to access Bath and Bristol whilst being a treasure trove of a City itself, so it has a wealth of points to recommend it in terms of property location and Im really looking forward to getting involved here.

The GTH Wells Office will be open from February 20th 2012.
