You want reindeer? They'll be there, available for petting and cuddles from Mummy's Little Helpers while she and Santa get on with the serious stuff of presents. You want free parking? It's available on many late-night shopping dates on the run-up to the big day. You want a typical Dickensian Christmas scene or a state-of-the-art ice rink? Well, we've got it. From special Christmas markets to late-night shopping events complete with live musical accompaniment, festive fundraising stunts and live appearances by Santa himself, Somerset has it all this year. The dependability of the big multiple stores combine with the originality and individuality of small shops and market traders to make our beautiful county a real Christmas-shopping wonderland.
