We have teamed up with the Welsh National Opera, Radisson Blu Hotel and The Cuban restaurant to offer you a truly fantastic prize this month.

On the 12 April you could find yourself in Bristol enjoying a wonderful pre-theatre meal, a beguiling evening at the opera and a night in luxury accommodation.

Before heading to the beautiful Bristol Hippodrome for an enthralling night at the opera you will sample an authentic Cuban dining experience, from the heart of Bristol’s harbourside opposite Pizza Express, for your pre-theatre meal at The Cuban. You and your special guest will enjoy a three-course meal each and a bottle of wine. The restaurant samples some of the most delicious foods available from Cuba. Cuban cooking is one of the most diverse cuisines found in the world, with influences from Spanish, African, Chinese and Portuguese cultures. The restaurant also offers 150 rums and produces the tastiest Mojitos using only the finest and freshest ingredients, which you can drink in a wonderful ambient and exotic atmosphere. For those looking for more than just a dining experience, join The Cuban for their Salsa lessons, Zumba classes, wine tastings and live Cuban bands. thecubanbristol.co.uk
Then you will head to The Bristol Hippodrome to see David McVicar’s classic production of Verdi’s La traviata as a part of Welsh National Opera’s Fallen Women themed season. With its elegant set, sumptuous costumes and beautiful music, the opera is a touching portrayal of one of the greatest heroines in opera, Violetta Valery. Join Violetta on her emotional journey, willing to sacrifice her final chance of happiness for the people she loves. The music covers the entire range of human emotion whilst the production brings the world of 19th century Parisian high society to life. La traviata is a captivating tear-jerker which you will most certainly not want to miss. wno.org.uk
After a wonderful evening, you will finish your night in luxury at the Radisson Blu hotel, situated just across the road from the theatre. The hotel’s 18-storey structure soars above the skyline and is an impressive landmark. Encased in the hotel’s shimmering glass exterior are 176 deluxe rooms and suites with amenities such as free high speed wi-fi and most of the rooms enjoy expansive views of the beautiful waterfront. The on-site Filini Restaurant hosts a daily Super Breakfast Buffet (breakfast for two is included within the prize) and serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine for lunch and dinner. Five modern and well-equipped conference rooms are available for personal and business events and the hotel is only 20 minutes from Bristol International Airport. radissonblu.co.uk/bristol
