Peter explains their latest vision: In the UK were lucky enough to experience the changing of the seasons in a physical and emotional way. All too often we simply accept this or even feel the need to grumble about it. But Jonray and I want to embrace these amazing changes in the earth and celebrate what they bring. Thats why weve introduced seasons.casamia.
Jonray continues, Not only will you see our interior details change each season but the whole Casamia experience will shift throughout the year. It means we can make the most of local produce, integrating truly seasonal ingredients when they are in their prime. Weve also created a different environment within the restaurant itself, from new artwork to reflect and complement the seasons down to the detail of plants and herbs in our courtyard garden.
Conversion of the familys former flat above the restaurant in Bristol to an impressive high tech development kitchen - apt. - has given the brothers the space and creative freedom to make this. Apt. provides a haven for them to work on new ideas and recipes. The launch of exclusive cooking experiences in apt. also offers food lovers the opportunity to share their culinary secrets first hand. This time last year, Jonray and Peter began their whirlwind journey on hit TV show Ramsays Best Restaurant. The already Michelin-starred Casamia fought off restaurants up and down the country, leading them to victory. One year on and the Casamia team are going from strength to strength as they welcome this exciting new phase in the restaurants development.
