Taunton's COOK store has announced its new summer menu, which is packed with ideas for how to use the company's food, serving suggestions, simple recipe ideas and some amazing new dishes...

Summer has officially now arrived in Taunton, not due to the fact that we have been enjoying the warmest April on record, but because the all-new summer menuhas arrivedin all its glory at COOK, the company with the motto "We cook, so you dont have to". Packed with ideas for how to use their food, it offers serving suggestions, simple recipe ideas and some amazing new dishes.
On the cover is COOK's NEW Roast-at-Home Side of Scottish Salmon dressed with sun-dried tomatoes, red pesto and pine nuts. Its like a mouthful of Mediterranean sunshine and cooks straight from frozen in an hour. Its delicious hot or cold and is perfect for a buffet or as a main course lunch or supper with family or friends.
While thebrand newTilapia Fish Curry is a seriously posh Indian dish perfect for a summers evening. Fillets of sweet, meaty, freshwater fish topped with Indian spices and served with lightly-curried lentils and flavour-packed veg.
And if youre lucky enough to find a portion of their limited edition Mackerel on braised lentils with a knob of chilli and coriander butter, make sure you snap it up. Thanks to the crazy EU fishing quota system it is not possible to get a consistent supply of lovely fresh mackerel, so it will only appear in shops from time to time.
