Sub 13 in Bath has shared two fabulous fizz recipes to mark the opening of its new Perrier-Jouët Champagne terrace bar

Spring PunchSpring Punch

Spring Punch Ingredients

25ml Absolut vodka

15ml lemon juice

15ml sugar syrup

Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut

A drizzle of crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur, Sub 13 recommends Combier)

Method

1. Add the vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a hi-ball glass with ice cubes.

2. Briefly shake to mix, then top up with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut.

3. Add a crown of crushed ice and drizzle the crème de mûre over the top.

4. Garnish with a blackberry and a slice of lemon zest.

Jalisco Flower Ingredients

25ml tequila

50ml grapefruit juice

15ml elderflower liquor

Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut

Method

1. Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice and elderflower liquor in a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.

2. Cover and shake vigorously 20 times.

3. Strain into two flutes.

4. Top each with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut.

5. Garnish with grapefruit twists.
