Sadly most of the founder members have passed away, although many of the current members are their descendants.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary the club have planned a grand anniversary dinner dance on the 21st May at the Chew Valley Rugby Club in a marquee. Josh Eggleton, the Chew Valleys Michelin star chef, will with his team from the Pony & Trap, Chew Magna are providing the 3 course dinner.

There will be a live band, a disco and of course guest speakers. The ticket price is 30 per person.

The current members who are organising this fabulous evening are keen to see past members especially any founder members or those from the early days of the Club. Please contact Caroline Sage on 07827665251.
