Free activities will include; flower art, egg decorating, Easter bonnet-making and the great Easter egg hunt. There will be chocolate prizes for all who enter the egg hunt so dont miss out! For those who would prefer to try their hand at something green-fingered there is seed sowing, with the chance to pot up your own sweet peas to take home.

Jacqui Strong, Sedgemoor District Councils Community Gardener said It would be lovely to see you and your family in the garden. All the activities are free and available for anyone, of any age, to participate in. We know School holidays are an expensive time for parents and grandparents so come along and join in some traditional and free fun in a beautiful setting.

In other news Marine Cove has been presented with a beautiful pen and wash painting by local artist Bill Edwards. The painting will be available to view at Marine Cove events throughout the year and prints will be produced from the image which will be available to purchase with funds going to the Friends of Marine Cove.

Jacqui Strong said Bill has a wonderful skill and his attention to detail is fantastic. The care and effort he puts into the images he produces are evident in the end result, it is an honour to have been given this wonderful gift. I would like to thank Bill on behalf of the volunteers of Marine Cove and Sedgemoor District Council.
