This year's Burnham-on-Sea Moose lodge 123's annual harvest supper was organised by the lodge's Ladies' Circle and held at Highbridge Community hall, raising funds for the charities the company supports.

After drinks at the licensed bar, a cold meat salad with new potatos supper was served by the ladies followed by ample quantities of pudding. Unique entertainment supplied by The Grazels, a character sister duo (Hazel and Grace) reading a selection of humorous Somerset poems about rural life in the county, was greeted by enthusiastic applause from the audience.



The auction of garden produce grossed 71 and 91p, and the well-stocked raffle table; 85, bringing the overall profit to almost 200, which will go into the pot for the annual charity share-out in March/April.
