Two former Prior Park students have WON the Best Short Animation category of the Baftas.

Former pupil Michael (Mikey) Please wrote, produced and animated his film The Eagleman Stag for his Royal College of Art final year assignment. Mikeys elder brother Benedict composed the sound design and score.

The film is a dark comedy about a mans obsession with his perception of time and the extreme lengths he goes to in order to offset the effect.

Prior Park Headmaster, Mr James Murphy-OConnor, comments:

To win a Bafta is an outstanding achievement and we at Prior Park are extremely proud of Mikey and Benedict. To win over the likes of Pixar and Christopher Nolan is simply remarkable. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for this talented duo.
